them without arrest in the present case).

Matter is listed today for scrutiny/arguments on the
bail applications filed on behalf of accused persons namely
Krishan Kumar, Ram Lal Gupta, Amar Chand Gupta and Raj
Kumar Gupta.
In terms of order dated 12.07.2023, Ld. counsel for
accused Deepak Bansal has moved an application u/s 207 CrPC.
Copy supplied. Let the reply to the said application be filed on
or before the NDOH with advance copy to accused.

It is noted that bail applications filed on behalf of
accused persons namely Krishan Kumar, Amar Chand Gupta,
Raj Kumar Gupta and Ram Lal Gupta are also pending
disposal. Replies to the same are already on record. Copies
stands supplied to the respective counsels. Arguments on the bail
applications have been heard. Vide separate order of even date,
all the four bail applications stands disposed off.
In terms of order dated 12.07.2023, bail bonds have
been furnished on behalf of accused Deepak Bansal. Same are
considered and accepted. Original FDR be retained on
record. Concerned bank be intimated accordingly.
Ld. counsels for accused persons namely Amar
Chand Gupta, Raj Kumar Gupta and Ram Lal Gupta submits
that he will take instructions and apprise this court on the NDOH
regarding the representation of the accused companies.
List for further proceedings on 25.11.2023.

Present: None.
Vide this order, I shall dispose off the applications
filed on behalf of applicants/accused persons namely Krishan
Kumar, Amar Chand Gupta, Raj Kumar Gupta and Ram Lal
Gupta seeking grant of bail. Replies to the applications is
already on record. Copies stands supplied.
Arguments on the bail applications have been heard.
I have perused the record including the applications.
Accused persons/applicants namely Krishan
Kumar, Amar Chand Gupta, Raj Kumar Gupta and Ram Lal
Gupta were not arrested during the investigation and the present
charge sheet has been filed without arresting them. Moreover,
applicants/accused persons namely Krishan Kumar has
appeared before this court on issuance of summons which were
issued vide order dated 24.01.2023. Furthermore, accused
persons namely Amar Chand Gupta, Raj Kumar Gupta and
Ram Lal Gupta have been produced before this court from JC
on issuance of production warrants. Investigation is complete and
trial is going to take considerable time. Hence, no purpose would
be served by remanding the applicants/accused persons namely
Krishan Kumar, Amar Chand Gupta, Raj Kumar Gupta and
Ram Lal Gupta to JC in the present matter at this stage.

Therefore, in view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
applicants/accused persons namely Krishan Kumar, Amar
Chand Gupta, Raj Kumar Gupta and Ram Lal Gupta are
admitted to bail on furnishing of their personal bonds in the sum
of Rs. 1,00,000/- with one surety of like amount. Bail
applications stands disposed off. Bail bonds be furnished on
the NDOH.
To come up on the date already fixed i.e. on
25.11.2023.
