At this stage, arguments on the bail application filed on
behalf of Deepak Bansal have been heard. Vide separate order of the
even date, bail application filed on behalf of accused Deepak Bansal
stands disposed off.
At this stage, an application seeking grant of bail has been
filed on behalf of accused Krishan Kumar. Copy supplied. Let reply
thereof be filed by CBI/prosecution on or before the NDOH.

At this stage, Ld. counsel for accused Deepak Bansal
submits that he intends to move an application u/s 207 CrPC seeking
supply of deficient documents on or before the NDOH.
Heard and considered.
It has been submitted by Ld. counsel for accused Amar
Chand Gupta, Ram Lal Gupta and Raj Kumar Gupta that they are
confined in judicial custody in some other matter. Heard. Let
production warrants be issued against the accused persons namely
Amar Chand Gupta, Ram Lal Gupta and Raj Kumar Gupta for the
NDOH, subject to the filing of the particulars/case details by Ld.
counsel.
