Matter is listed today for filing of regular bail
application on behalf of A-11/furnishing of bail bonds on behalf
of A-9 and A-12/scrutiny of documents.
Requisite bonds on behalf of Ram Chandra (A-9)
have been furnished. Same are considered and accepted. Original
FDR be retained on record. Concerned bank be intimated and
directed to mark a lien on the said FDR and file a compliance
report before the court.
It is stated by Ld. counsel for A-12 that he would
furnish fresh bail bonds on NDOH.
Ld. PP has filed reply to the application filed by A-6
to A-8 and A-13 for supplying list of unrelied documents and
deficit documents. Copy of deficit documents as well as list of
unrelied documents filed by HIO for supplying the same to A-6

to A-8 and A-13. Same are taken on record. Accused are at
liberty to take the same from concerned Ahlmad as per rules.
Ld. counsel for A-4 has filed an application for
discharge. Copy supplied. Let reply to the said application be
filed on the NDOH.
Put up for reply/arguments on the said application/
furnishing of bail bonds on behalf of A-12/scrutiny of documents
on 18.08.2026.
