Matter is listed today for filing of regular bail
applications on behalf of A-11 and A-12/furnishing of bail bonds
on behalf of A-9/scrutiny of documents.
An exemption application has been moved on behalf
of accused Ram Chandra. Heard and allowed for today only for
the reasons mentioned in the application with the direction to the
accused to appear in person without fail on the NDOH.

Accused Mukesh Jhakar is absent despite repeated
calls since morning. Let bailable warrants in the sum of
Rs. 5,000/- with one surety of like amount be issued against
accused Mukesh Jhakar through IO/HIO concerned for next date
of hearing.
Ld. counsel for accused Mohan Lal @ Mohan Millar
(A-12) has filed an application under Section 480 BNSS seeking
grant of regular bail on the ground that he has already been
granted anticipatory bail by Ld. Sessions Court vide order dated
23.08.2024. Copy of order annexed with the bail application. Copy
of bail application have been supplied to the prosecution.
Therefore, in view of the aforesaid facts and
circumstances, accused Mohan Lal @ Mohan Millar (A-12) is
admitted to bail on furnishing of his personal bonds in the sum of
Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount subject to the
conditions that: -
(i) accused/applicant shall not indulge in the offence/s of the
same nature.
(ii) accused/applicant shall not influence the witness/s and
shall join the further investigation and appear in the court
as and when directed to do so by the authorities concerned.
(iii) accused/applicant shall not hamper with the further
investigation, if any, in any manner.
(iv) accused/applicant shall not leave India without prior
permission of this court.
Bail application stands disposed of. It is stated by ld.
counsel for accused Mohan Lal @ Mohan Millar (A-12) that he
had already furnished the bail bonds at the time of grant of antici-
patory bail. Ld. counsel for accused seeks some time to verify

whether the bail bonds have been furnished before this court or
before the Ld. Sessions Court.
It is stated by Ld. counsel for A-12 that charge-sheet
supplied to him through CD is of some other case. Issue notice to
IO to supply copy of charge sheet alongwith accompanying
documents to A-12 on NDOH.
Ld. counsel for A-6, A-7, A-8 and A-13 has filed an
application to supply list of unrelied documents and deficit
documents. Copy supplied. Issue notice to IO to supply the list of
unrelied documents and deficit documents to A-6, A-7, A-8 and
A-13 on NDOH.
Ld. PP has filed an application for submitting CFSL
report alongwith original documents. Heard. Allowed.
Documents taken on record. Ahlmad is directed to check the
same.
Soft copy of report as well as documents have been
supplied to Ld. counsel for all the accused present in the court
today. Soft copy of other accused is taken on record and they are
at liberty to take the same from concerned Ahlmad as per rules
against proper acknowledgment.
