Matter is listed today for scrutiny of documents as
well as report on process under Section 82 CrPC.
An exemption application has been moved on behalf
of accused Mukesh Kumar. Heard and allowed for today only for
the reasons mentioned in the application with the direction to the
accused to appear in person without fail on the NDOH.
Report on process under Section 82 CrPC against
accused Satender Kumar, Bhim Singh Chauhan, Deshraj

Raghuvanshi and Madhukar Dubey received back unexecuted.
However, it is stated by the HIO that fresh application has
already been filed and same is fixed for today only.
Ld. counsel for A-1 to A-9 has filed an application
under Section 207 CrPC. Copy supplied. Issue notice to HIO to
supply the copy of deficient documents mentioned in the said
application to Ld. counsel for A-1 to A-9, on the NDOH, against
proper acknowledgment.
The prosecution has filed application for submission
of additional documents i.e. CFSL opinion and specimen
handwriting/signatures. Copy supplied.
The prosecution has also filed an application for
submission of original documents which was sent to CFSL. Copy
supplied.
Heard.
Both the abovesaid applications are hereby allowed.
The documents are taken on record and same have been supplied
to Ld. counsels for the accused.
Put up for scrutiny of documents on 29.05.2026.
Matter would also be listed on 13.07.2026 for report
on process under Section 82 CrPC issued against against
accused Satender Kumar, Bhim Singh Chauhan, Deshraj
