NBWs issued against accused Satender Kumar,
Bhim Singh Chauhan, Deshraj Raghuvanshi and Madhukar
Dubey received back unexecuted. Let process under Section
82 CrPC be issued against the abovenamed accused persons and
proclamation be also published in a daily newspaper circulating
in the place where the accused persons ordinarily resides. Report

on the process be filed on the NDOH. Process server shall also
appear on the NDOH alongwith original newspaper for recording
of his statement.
Hard copy of charge-sheet alongwith accompanying
