Matter is listed today for consideration on the charge-
sheet.
Submissions on the point of cognizance have been made
by the Ld. PP for the CBI.
Perusal of the charge-sheet reveals that accused Bhim
Singh Chauhan, Madhukar Dubey, Satender Kumar and Deshraj
Raghuvanshi have been kept in column no. 11 even without verifying
their identities and without joining them in investigation. Their names,
father’s name, date of birth and address have been mentioned which
are seemingly taken from the documents which were allegedly forged.
No investigation has been carried out to ascertain the identities of the
authorized signatories of M/s Magnum Industries Corporation and M/s
S.K. Industries. No submissions have been addressed on these aspects
by the Ld. PP. The charge-sheet has been forwarded by the SP
concerned also without looking into this aspect.
Notice be issued to the IO to file a written report
clarifying as to on what basis these four persons whose identities have
not even been established have been kept in column no. 11 of the
charge-sheet and what evidence is there against them. The report be
got forwarded through the SP concerned.
Put up on 08.07.2025 for consideration on the charge-
sheet.
