Fresh vakalatnamas have been filed on behalf of accused
Vipul Gupta and Rajat Gupta. Same are taken on record.
Accused Rajat Gupta and Vipul Gupta are directed to
furnish personal bonds under Section 88 CrPC in the sum of
Rs. 25,000/-. Requisite bonds have been furnished. Same are accepted
and attested till the NDOH.
Soft copy of the charge sheet and accompanying docu-
ments has been supplied to all the accused persons. Ld. PP seeks time
to supply hard copies of the charge sheet and documents. The same be
supplied on the NDOH. Notice be also issued to the IO for supply of
list of unrelied documents.
