Summons to accused Rajat Gupta and Vipul Gupta
have not been issued by the Ahlmad. They be summoned for the
NDOH.
Fresh vakalatnamas have been filed on behalf of
accused Suresh Kumar Gupta, Rajesh Kumar Gupta, Pradeep
Kumar Gupta and Chhaya Singhal. Same are taken on record.
Accused Suresh Kumar Gupta, Rajesh Kumar
Gupta, Pradeep Kumar Gupta and Chhaya Singhal are directed to
furnish personal bonds under Section 88 CrPC in the sum of
Rs. 25,000/-. Ld. counsel for the accused persons submits that he

shall move appropriate application for bail on behalf of the
accused persons before the NDOH.
Requisite bonds under Section 88 CrPC have been
furnished on behalf of accused Suresh Kumar Gupta, Rajesh
Kumar Gupta, Pradeep Kumar Gupta and Chhaya Singhal. Same
are accepted and attested till the NDOH.
Notice be issued to the HIO for providing copies of
the charge-sheet and accompanying documents for the NDOH.
Certified copy of Board Resolution in favour of
Rajesh Kumar Gupta to represent M/s Synergy India Pvt. Ltd.
has been filed.
Put up on 01.05.2025 for further proceedings.
