Order dated 15.01.2026 passed by Ld. Principal
District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI),
RADC, New Delhi has been perused. The present case has been
marked to the undersigned by Ld. Principal District & Sessions
Judge-cum-Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI). It be checked and
registered as per Rules. Notice be issued to IO for the NDOH.
An application on behalf of the complainant seeking
issuance of directions to the CBI to complete the investigation in
the present matter expeditiously is taken on record. The same be
registered separately as an I.A.
Another application filed on behalf of the
complainant seeking issuance of directions to the CBI to file status
report every 15 days is also taken on record. The same be
registered separately as an I.A.

present matter. Notice be issued to him to physically appear on the
NDOH.
List for appearance of Prosecutor/IO and filing of
reply on the pending applications as well as status report on the
investigation on 03.02.2026 at 11.30 a.m. Copy of this order be
sent to the IO alongwith the notice.
