PW-8 Ct. Jonny examined in chief, cross-examined
and discharged.
PW-9 Sh. Naresh Aggarwal partly examined in
chief, his cross-examination by Ld. PP for State is deferred on the
request of Ld. PP for State on the ground that he needs assistance
of 1st IO/Insp. Bhagwan Singh, who is not present today.
However, he is bound down to appear on next date i.e.
02.11.2026.
PW-5 Sh. Pawan Kumar is not present today despite
service of summons and despite repeated calls since morning. It
is already 12:30 pm now. Hence, issue B/W in the sum of
Rs.5,000/- against him through SHO, PS ACB, returnable for
next date i.e. 02.11.2026.
Insp. Ranbir Singh is present but discharged
unexamined, being IO of the present case.
Put up on 02.11.2026 and 03.11.2026 for remaining
PE.
Witnesses mentioned at serial nos. 11 & 12 in the
list of prosecution witnesses be summoned for 03.11.2026.

for both the said dates.
On request of Ld. PP for State, IO namely Insp.
