Ld. Counsel for accused, in all fairness, has
submitted that the accused has been supplied complete set of
documents.
Arguments on the point of charge heard. Record
perused.
Vide separate detailed order of even date, it has been
held that
prima facie case is made out against accused for
framing of charge in respect of offence punishable under S. 7 of
PC Act.
In view of above, charge for offence punishable under
S. 7 of PC Act is framed separately against accused, to which, he
pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
Let the matter be posted for prosecution witnesses
[PE] on 06-05-2026 and 11-05-2026.
Witnesses mentioned in the list of prosecution
witnesses at Sr. Nos.1, 15 and 16 be summoned for 06-05-2026
and witnesses mentioned in the list of prosecution witnesses at
Sr. Nos. 4, 5 and 6 be summoned for 11-05-2026.
