One joint application seeking directions to the IO to
provide legible copies of certain pages of the chargesheet and to
supply the electronic record in pendrive instead of CD, moved on
behalf of accused A-1 and A-2, as also another application u/s
250 of BNSS, 2023 seeking discharge alongwith certain
documents with list of documents, moved on behalf A-4, are
pending disposal.
Softcopy of chargesheet alongwith documents have
been supplied in pendrives to A-1, A-2 and A-4 against proper
receipt.
Ld. Counsel for A-3 has provided his email ID to IO
of this case and IO has undertaken to provide softcopy of
chargesheet and the documents filed therewith, at the said email
ID of Ld. Counsel for A-3, during the course of day. Let the
needful be done accordingly.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, Ld.
Counsel for A-1 and A-2 states at Bar that the application moved
on behalf of A-1 and A-2 for supply of legible copies of
chargesheet, may be disposed off, as satisfied. In view of said
submission, the said application is hereby disposed off.
As regard the aforesaid another application moved
on behalf of A-4, seeking discharge, IO/Insp. R.N. Pathak seeks
some time to file reply thereto.
In view of submissions made and in the interest of
justice, request is allowed. However, last opportunity is granted
for filing reply, if any, to the said application for next date.
Put up on 27.04.2026 for reply, if any, and
arguments on the aforesaid application, as also for arguments on
the point of charge.
On request of Ld. Chief PP for State, IO namely
Insp. R.N. Pathak is bound down for next date of hearing.
Date is given as per convenience of Ld. Counsels for
accused persons.
