bail, are present.

discharged, vide order dated 08-05-2026.

Today case is fixed for framing of charges in terms of
order on charge dated 08-05-2026, passed by this Court.
Accordingly, charges in respect of offences under S.7
PC Act r/w S. 120-B IPC have been framed separately against
accused Naresh Kumar and Sandeep Kumar, to which, they
pleaded not guilty and claimed trial. Further, charges in respect of
offences under S.12 PC Act read with S.120‑B IPC, have been
framed separately against accused Gulshan Mahtta, to which, he
pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
Let the matter be posted for prosecution evidence
[PE] on 14-08-2026 and 22-08-2026.
Witnesses mentioned in the list of prosecution
witnesses at Sr. Nos. 1, 19 & 23 be summoned for 14-08-2026
and witnesses mentioned in the list of prosecution witnesses at
Sr. Nos. 3, 14 & 17 be summoned for 22-08-2026.
