instead of CD, is moved on behalf of accused Naresh Kumar [A-1]
and Sandeep Kadyan [A-2], today.
Another application under S. 250 of BNSS, 2023
seeking discharge alongwith certain documents with List of
Documents, is moved on behalf of accused Dinesh Kumar [A-4 ],
today.

issued to State /IO, with directions to file detailed replies, if any,
