applicant stood surety for accused Rakesh Vaid and his original FDR
of Rs. 25,000/- of Union Bank of India was kept on record. It is
submitted that accused Rakesh Vaid was acquitted in this case vide
judgment dated 07.11.2023 and as such a prayer is made to release the
aforesaid original FDR to the applicant/surety.

concerned with direction to furnish report whether any appeal is
pending before Appellant Court against the judgment passed in this
case.
