This is an application seeking directions for de-
freezing/removal of lien on bank account of applicant namely
M/s D.R. Distributors Pvt. Ltd.
Ld. Counsel of applicant seeks and is permitted to
file extracts of Minutes of Meeting of Board Resolution dated
10.08.2026, thereby authorizing its director namely Mr. Vipul
Gupta, to move the application in hand on behalf of applicant.
Accordingly, same is filed and taken on record.
IO has filed detailed reply under his signature, to the
application. Copy supplied.
Ld. Counsel of applicant has moved an application
seeking permission to place certain additional documents filed as
annexures thereof, on record. Copies thereof supplied to State.
Ld. SPP submits that he does not wish to file any
written reply to this application.

Accordingly, submissions on aforesaid application
heard.
Having considered the submissions made on behalf
of both the sides and in view of the reasons mentioned in the
application, and the fact that additional documents proposed to
be filed by way of this application, are stated to have already
been provided to the IO, the application in hand is allowed and
stands disposed off accordingly. The documents filed therewith
are taken on record.
In view of above, IO is directed to verify the
additional documents filed today on behalf of applicant, as also
to carry out relevant investigation with respect to all the relevant
facts/aspects connected with the application under consideration,
positively before next date of hearing and to file additional reply
before the Court.
Put up on 24.09.2026 at 2:00 p.m. for arguments on
the application.
