Counsel for proposed A-14 submits that the copy of reply
was received only yesterday at 06:30 pm and therefore the arguing
counsel Ld. Senior Advocate is unable to argue the application today.
Although on the last date of hearing DoE was granted 3

weeks’ time from that day to file reply, but it is submitted that the delay
occurred because of some official process.
Anyhow, one opportunity is given. Put up for arguments on
10.10.2026, on the application under IA no.15/26, as well as for
consideration of application under IA no.9/26. Also to come up for
arguments u/s 223 BNSS qua proposed A-14.
