It is submitted on behalf of A1 & A3 that Vakalatnama shall be
filed today during the course of the day.
Service Report is given by DoE regarding service upon the 13
proposed accused persons. According to it, the Notices qua A1 to A3, and A6 to

A13 were received by one Mr. Yash Pankaj Kumar Nagar who was duly
authorised by A1, A2 & A3 vide authorisation dated 24.07.2025. Mr. Yash
Pankaj Kumar Nagar also received summons for proposed A6 to A13, since A2
is/was Director of A6 and A1 is/was Director of proposed A7 to A13.
Time sought by counsel who appears today for A1 & A3 physically
stating that he would take instructions from A1 as to the representation of
proposed A7 to A13 and that A1 is not well today.
Similarly, counsel who represents A2 today seeks time to take
instructions regarding appearance for proposed A6.
So far as A4 & A5 companies are concerned, they are being
proceeded under IBC, 2016. On behalf of A4 company’s IRP, counsel Sh.
Shasvat Chandra appears Physically
, and his associate Sh. Shantanu Tyagi who
appears through VC on behalf of Insolvency Resolution Professional (IRP).
A4 & A5 were served through the Resolution Professional and the
report has been tendered by DoE. No one appears today for IRP/RP for A5
company. The IRP/RP was duly served on 25.07.2025.
Copies in soft form have been received by proposed accused
persons.
Put up this matter for clarification regarding appearance on behalf
of proposed A6 to A13/for arguments, on 10.09.2025 at 10.45 AM as per
request by counsel for A1 & A3, who states that he has to appear and travel
from outstation.
