By way of the Misc. DJASJ/551/2024,
applicant/convict Sanjeev Kumar @ Kaka, wants to change his
surety.
Sh. Haish Kumar, JA from the Record Room, Rohini
District Court has appeared. He submitted that some more time is
required to trace out the said file. However, today, Ahlamd of this
Court has put a letter before me, being issued by the Hon’ble
High Court of Delhi to the learned Principal District and Sessions
Judge, Rohini Courts, Delhi and Successor Court. The letter has
been received by this Court being Successor Court. It reveals
from the said letter, file was sent to the the Hon’ble High Court
of Delhi and the Hon’ble High Court has sent back the said file to
the the Record Room, Rohini Courts, Delhi with certain
directions.
Sh. Harish Kumar, JA, is apprised with the
circumstances. He stated that he needs a week to produce the said

on 06.02.2025.
