This is an application moved by applicant/convict Satya
Pal Singh for deposition of fine amount.
Applicant/convict submits that vide order on sentence
dated 06.09.2024 he was directed to deposit fine of Rs. 10,000/- for offence
u/s 7 of PC Act and Rs. 10,000/- for offence u/s 13(1)(d) PC Act punishable
u/s 13(2) of PC Act. Applicant/convict seeks permission to deposit the total
fine amount of Rs. 20,000/-.
I have perused the case file, which was received from

Applicant/convict deposited total fine of Rs. 20,000/- vide
receipt no. C-0020585. Application stands disposed off accordingly.
