Verification report under the signature of HC Raj
Kumar, no. 929/NE, of PS Nand Nagri, in respect of surety of
accused, received, as per which, the address of surety, as also the
documents furnished by surety alongwith surety bond, are duly
got verified. Statements of two neighbourers residing in the near
vicinity of surety, are also annexed therewith.
After making necessary enquiries from the surety
and in view of the aforesaid verification report, bail bonds are
accepted.
Report under the signature of Sh. Sandeep Lamba,
Addl. DCP-1, North-East District, Delhi, is filed today. Perused.
ACP Deepak Chandra seeks and is granted six
weeks further time to file detailed report in terms of previous
order(s).

2 PWs namely ACP K. S. Rawat, PCR, New Delhi
Range and HC Deepak Maan, Duty Officer, who are present
today, have been examined as PW1 and PW2, cross-examined
and discharged.
PW HC (Dvr.) Mahesh Dutt Sharma is absent
despite service of Summons. However, scanned copy of his
written request seeking exemption from his appearance today, is
filed, wherein it is stated that due to his deployment in the
arrangement duty of BRICS Summit 2026, he is not in a position
to attend the Court today. Having considered the submission
made, his request is allowed.
ACP (Retd.) J. S. Mehta is present, however,
discharged unexamined being IO of this case.
Put up on the date already fixed i.e. 17.09.2026 for
remaining PE.
