Heard. Perused.
Record shows that report dated 08.06.2026 under the
signature of Addl. DCP-I, North-East District, Delhi, is already
received on 09.06.2026.
Today, one closed envelope containing report under the
signature of Addl. DCP-I, North-East District, Delhi, alongwith
certain annexures, has been filed.
Considering the submissions made by ACP, Nand Nagri
and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case,
concerned DCP is directed through ACP, Nand Nagri, present before
the Court today, to file detailed report stating therein the final
outcome/progress made with regard to departmental action against
IO/ACP (Retd.) J.S. Mehta, alongwith supporting documents, within
four weeks from the date of this order.
Fresh bail bonds furnished on behalf of accused, in
terms of last order. After making necessary enquiries from surety, bail
bonds have been accepted till next date i.e. 10.09.2026. Let the
verification report in respect of surety of accused be called through
SHO, PS Nand Nagri, for next date of hearing i.e. 10.09.2026.
In view of above, the previous bail bonds stand

cancelled and previous surety namely Sh. Abhijeet Singh stands
discharged. Original documents, if any, of said previous surety, be
returned back to him after cancellation of endorsement, if any, against
proper receipt and as per the rules.
Arguments on the point of charge heard. Record
perused.
Vide separate detailed order of even date, it has been
ordered that prima facie case in respect of offences under S. 7 & 13(1)
(d) read with S. 13(2) of PC Act and S. 186/332/353 IPC are made out
against the accused. Accordingly, charge in respect of said offences
has been framed against the accused namely YOgender, to which he
pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
Put up on 10.09.2026 and 17.09.2026 for PE.
Witnesses mentioned at serial nos. 2, 10 & 13 in the list
of prosecution witnesses be summoned for 10.09.2026.
Witnesses mentioned at serial nos. 1, 11 & 12 in the list
of prosecution witnesses be summoned for 17.09.2026.
On request of Ld. PP for State, IO namely ACP (Retd.)
J.S. Mehta be called through notice for his assistance for the said dates.
MHC(M) with complete case property be also called for
both the said dates.
Dates are given as per convenience of Ld. Counsel for
accused.
