bail, filed by applicant/accused Yogesh.

Regular PP for State is stated to be on leave today. It
is informed to the Court that Sh. Manish Rawat, Ld. Substitute
Addl. PP, is busy before the Court of Sh. Digvinay Singh, Ld.
Special Judge, CBI, RACC, New Delhi, and the hearing is going
to take considerable time, due to which it would not be possible
for him to appear and advance arguments on the present bail
matter.
It is also informed to the Court that similar bail
petition filed by co-accused Sunil Kumar in this case, is already
listed before this Court on 21.08.2026 at 12:30 pm.
In view of above, put up on 21.08.2026 at 02:00 pm
for arguments on the bail application.
Date is given as per convenience of Ld. Counsel for
