This an application u/s 483 BNSS seeking regular
bail, filed by applicant/accused Yogesh.

applicant/accused.

IO, who is not present today, has sent written request
seeking exemption from his personal appearance on the ground
that he has to appear in Writ Petition (Crl.) No.2471/2026, arising
out of FIR No.51/2014, PS ACB, before Hon’ble Delhi High
Court today.
Ld. PP for State submits that he needs assistance of IO
in order to advance arguments on the bail petition.
For the reasons stated in the written request, IO is
personally exempted for today. However, he is directed through
ASI Jitender to appear physically on the next date.
It is informed to the Court that similar bail petition
moved on behalf of co-accused Viplav Khari in this case, is listed
before this Court on 19-08-2026.
On request, put up on 19-08-2026 at 2:00 p.m. for
arguments on the bail application.
