1. Perusal of the order dated 28.07.2026 reflects that on top
of the first page of the order, the date has been mentioned as
31.07.2026 instead of 28.07.2026 due to typing error. The order
dated 28.07.2026 is corrected to the extent that the date
mentioned as 31.07.2026 be read as 28.07.2026.
2. Today, the matter is fixed for scrutiny of documents in
compliance of Section 207 Cr.P.C (corresponding to Section 230
of BNSS, 2023).
3. On previous date of hearing, documents after pagination
had been supplied to accused Rajini Gupta (A-3) and accused
Rajeev Paul Singh Verma (A-4) as well as on behalf of accused
Poonam Verma (A-6) and M/s Lal Sons Jewellers (A-7) and
accused Sanjeev Paul Singh Verma (A-5). Copy had not been
supplied to accused Ashwani Kumar (A-1) as he was appearing
through VC and Counsel appearing on his behalf, had recently
been engaged in this case. Copies of the documents after
pagination have been received on behalf of accused Ashwani
Kumar (A-1) by his Counsel.
4. It is submitted by the Counsel for accused Varinder Kumar
Duggal (A-2) that compliance of Section 207 Cr.P.C
(corresponding to Section 230 of BNSS, 2023). However, he has
requested for supplying the copy of list of unrelied documents.
IO present in the Court undertakes to send the list of unrelied
documents on WhatsApp number of the Counsel for (A-2).
5. It is submitted on behalf of the all the accused except
accused Varinder Kumar Duggal (A-2) that though the

documents after pagination are received by them but some of the
documents are illegible and missing. They have requested time to
check the same as record is bulky. Considered. Allowed. All the
accused except accused Varinder Kumar Duggal (A-2) are
directed to file the list of illegible and missing documents on or
before next date of hearing with advance copy to the IO.
6. Be put up on 06.08.2026 for scrutiny of documents in
compliance of Section 207 Cr.P.C. (corresponding to Section 230
of BNSS, 2023). IA No. 06/2026, IA No. 07/2026 and IA No.
08/2026 be put for consideration on next date of hearing.
