Heard. File perused.
Today, the matter is fixed for scrutiny of documents.
At this stage, Sh. Shadman Ahmed Siddiqui,
Advocate has appeared for accused Sanjeev Paul Singh (A-5). It
is submitted by the Advocate appearing on behalf of A-5 that A-5
has moved fresh application seeking waiving off the LoC before
the Hon’ble Delhi High Court as LoC has already been issued by
the ED/CBI/PNB.
An application seeking exemption from physical
appearance has been filed on behalf of A-5 who is appearing
through VC. Perused. Same be kept in abeyance till the outcome
of the proceedings pending in the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, on
the application moved on behalf of A-5 seeking waiving off the
LoC.
At this stage, IA No. 08/2026 has been moved on
behalf of applicant/accused Rajani Gupta (A-3) for supply of
legible documents. Copy supplied to IO. Be put up for
reply/arguments on IA No. 08/2026 on next date of hearing.
Reply to IA No. 07/2026 has been filed on behalf of
the CBI. Copy supplied to accused Rajeev Paul Singh Verma
(A-4).
It is submitted on behalf of all the accused persons
that documents provided to them, have not been paginated as per
Court Case File. IO undertakes to do the needful and has sought
fifteen days time. The Counsels for accused Ashwani Sharma

(A-1) has handed over the copies of the documents provided to
them, to IO for pagination as per Court Case File.
The other accused are also directed to hand over the
copies of the documents supplied to them to IO, for proper
pagination as per the Court Case file before next date of hearing.
On request, be put up on 28.05.2026 for scrutiny of
documents in compliance of Section 207 Cr.P.C (corresponding
to Section 230 of BNSS, 2023). IA No. 06/2026, IA No. 07/2026
IA No. 08/2026 be put for consideration on next date of hearing.
