Heard. File perused.
Today, the matter is fixed for scrutiny of documents.
However, Ld. Counsel for accused has submitted that the record
of the present case is bulky one and they need some more time to
go through all the documents and to apprise to this court as to
how many documents relied upon by the prosecution are legible.
It is further submitted by Ld. Counsel for accused persons that
list of unrelied documents may be provided to them.
IO/Inspector Jaswinder submits that he is preparing
list of unrelied documents to supply the same to the accused
persons.
Heard. IO is directed to prepare the complete list of
unrelied documents for supply the same to the Ld. Counsel for
accused persons on the next date of hearing.
On request of Ld. Counsel for all the accused
persons, be put up on 27.02.2026 for scrutiny of documents in
compliance of Section 207 Cr.P.C (corresponding to Section 230
of BNSS, 2023) and to supply the copy of list of unrelied
documents.
Ld. Counsel for the accused are directed that after
gone through the voluminous record of the charge sheet and
before the next date of hearing, if they found some of the

documents are illegible then the same is to be brought to the
knowledge of the IO before the next date of hearing so that he
