1. Today, the matter is fixed for supplying of documents after
pagination. Copies of the documents after pagination, have been
supplied to accused Rajini Gupta (A-3) and accused Rajeev Paul
Singh Verma (A-4) as well as on behalf of accused Poonam
Verma (A-6) and M/s Lal Sons Jewellers (A-7) and accused
Sanjeev Paul Singh Verma (A-5). Copy has not been supplied to
accused Ashwani Kumar (A-1) as he is appearing through VC
and Counsel appearing on his behalf, has recently been engaged
in this case. Accused Ashwani Kumar (A-1) is at liberty to collect
documents on or before next date of hearing. The Counsel for
accused Varinder Kumar Duggal undertakes to collect the
documents during the course of the day, as he is at Patiala House
Courts.
2. It is submitted by the learned Senior PP for CBI that on
last date, the Counsels for the respective applicants were
requested to co-ordinate with IO, but none has contacted the IO.
3. Be put up on 31.07.2026 for scrutiny of documents in
compliance of Section 207 Cr.P.C (corresponding to Section 230
of BNSS, 2023). IA No. 06/2026, IA No. 07/2026 and IA No.
08/2026 be put for consideration on next date of hearing.
