Today, the matter is fixed for scrutiny of documents.
It is submitted by IO that he has supplied copies of documents to
the accused persons appearing before this Court, complete in all
respect.
An Adjournment has been sought by the Counsels
appearing for accused persons except A-5, to scrutinize the
documents.
An application bearing IA No. 07/2026 seeking
supply copy of ECGC Process Note and all documents forming
part of the charge-sheet, has been filed on behalf of accused
Rajeev Paul Singh Verma (A-4) alongwith vakalatnama of Sh.
Vibhor Mathur, Advocate. Copy supplied to IO. IO is directed to
file reply on next date of hearing.
At this stage, Sh. Shadman Ahmed Siddiqui,
Advocate has appeared for accused Sanjeev Paul Singh (A-5). It
is submitted by the Advocate appearing on behalf of A-5 that on
instructions received from A-5, he is trying to appear before this
Court through VC. However, he is unable to appear through VC
due to technical glitch. He submits that A-5 will appear before
the Court on next date of hearing as he is residing in Dubai,
UAE. Heard. Considered. A-5 is directed to appear before this
Court physically, on next date of hearing.
On request, be put up on 12.05.2026 for scrutiny of
documents in compliance of Section 207 Cr.P.C (corresponding
