None for the applicant/accused.
By way of the present application, the
applicant/accused has sought modification in order dated
03.11.2025 to the extent of period of travel to abroad.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that
vide order dated 03.11.2025, the applicant/accused was permitted
to travel to abroad from 11.11.2025 till 15.12.2025, however, he
was prevented by the ED from boarding the flight on 11.11.2025
and therefore, now the applicant/accused be permitted to travel
to Moscow from 14.11.2025 to 22.12.2025.
Ld. PP for the State submits that the application
moved by the applicant/accused to travel abroad in the complaint
case No. 2/2025 titled as Directorate of Enforcement vs.
Rajenderan Keezhedath Nair & Ors. has been dismissed
therefore, the present application should also be dismissed.
Since the application of the applicant/accused
seeking permission to travel abroad has been dismissed in the
complaint case No.2/2025 titled as Directorate of Enforcement
vs. Rajenderan Keezhedath Nair & Ors., the applicant/accused
cannot go abroad, at this stage. Thus, the present application is
also dismissed.
The application is accordingly, disposed off.
