Ld. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has fulfilled the
conditions for travel to foreign country. He has shown certain documents to the Court.
The original passport is shown to the Court. Ld. Counsel for the applicant submits
that as per prevailing practice, there is no stamp put on the passport by the
Immigration Authorities at Pakistan at the time of travel to Sri Kartarpur Sahib.
The investigating officer endorses this and submits that he has no
objection if the application is allowed.
In view thereof, the application is allowed. The FDR and Sale Deed
submitted by the applicant in support of his application for permission for foreign
travel shall be released to the applicant against acknowledgment.
The investigating officer submits that the charge sheet is likely to be
filed within four weeks.

charge sheet as and when filed.
