At the outset, Ld. Counsels of applicant/accused, on
instructions, state at Bar that applicant/accused is not pressing
prayer no.(a) of the bail petition at this stage and is pressing only
prayer no.(b) of the bail petition, seeking interim bail on medical
grounds, and therefore, prayer no.(a) of the bail petition may be
disposed off as not pressed for.
Separate statement of Ms. Mahima Malhotra,
Advocate for applicant/accused is recorded in this regard.
In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of
applicant/accused and the statement of Ld. Counsel of
applicant/accused, prayer no.(a) of the bail petition seeking
regular bail, is disposed off as not pressed for.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf
of both the sides, the information furnished on behalf of
applicant/accused in application dated 17-08-2026, is taken on
record. The said application also stands disposed off.
