Ld. Proxy counsel for the complainant submits that
main counsel is not available today due to some personal
exigency.
1st IO/ACP Jarnail Singh is also not present today
despite service. However, he has sent his written request seeking
exemption from his personal appearance, stating therein that due
to ill health, he is going to hospital and thus, he is not in a
position to appear before the Court today. For the reasons stated
therein, he is personally exempted for today. However, he be
called through notice for next date of hearing.
In view of the aforesaid submissions made, put up
on 16.11.2026 for consideration.
IO/Insp. Anand Prakash is bound down to appear
before the Court on the next date of hearing.
Date is given as per convenience of Ld. Proxy
