Ld. Proxy counsel for the complainant has requested for
change of next date of hearing on the ground that main arguing counsel
Sh.Rishi Kapoor, Advocate would not be available on 10.06.2026. She has
further requested to list this matter in the month of July 2026.
Considering the aforesaid submissions made and in the
interest of justice, request is allowed. Accordingly, the date is changed to
01.07.2026, as requested and the date of 10.06.2026 is hereby cancelled.
Naib Court of PS ACB is directed to inform both the IOs
about the present proceedings and the change of next date of hearing, with
direction to them to appear before the Court on the said date.
