Ravindra Kumar, Ld. Chief PP for State. Ms. Kajal Bhatia, proxy counsel for Sh. Rishi Kapoor, Advocate for complainant through V/C. Both the IOs namely ACP Jarnail Singh and Insp. Anand Prakash are not present. However, they have sent their written requests, which are allowed for today in view of the reasons mentioned therein. It may be noted here that Ld. Proxy counsel did not switch on her camera while appearing through V/C, despite being asked by the Court to do so. On being repeatedly asked about the reason for not switching on her camera, she has informed that she is traveling in vehicle right now. Such conduct on the part of Ld. Proxy counsel by not switching on her camera and appearing through V/C while traveling in the vehicle, is not consonance with Electronic Evidence and Video Conferencing Rules, 2025 framed by Hon’ble Delhi High Court. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is hereby directed that complainant and his counsel shall appear physically in this matter till further orders of the Court. On request of Ld. Chief PP for State, both the IOs namely ACP Jarnail Singh and Insp. Anand Prakash be called through notices for providing assistance to him, for next date. Put up on 05.05.2026 for consideration.
