This is an application for bail filed on behalf of applicant/accused Manoj Goyal.

Investigating Officer has filed reply to the application for bail. The reply is
taken on record. Copy thereof is supplied to Ld. Counsel for applicant.
Arguments are heard in respect of the application for bail in part.
Counsel for applicant has, during the course of arguments, stated that
the applicant is residing at the address of Inderpuri which is mentioned in the Aadhar
Card. This is disputed by Ld. PP for State who submits that the applicant had
changed his address in the Aadhar Card in order to submit an incorrect address while
making the claim for GST refund. The Investigating Officer submits that he will again
verify whether the applicant is staying at the address so mentioned in the Aadhar
Card. Let a report in this behalf be filed on 17.12.2024 at 11:00 am. The bail
application shall be taken up for remaining arguments on the said date.
