During the course of arguments, Ld. Counsel of
applicant, on instructions, states at Bar that the applicant wishes to
withdraw the present application, without prejudice to his right to
move similar application in future.
The statement of applicant/accused has been obtained
in this regard on first page of the application itself and the
applicant has been duly identified by his counsel.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and
the statement made by applicant, the present application is
dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is hereby made clear that
withdrawal of present application shall not preclude the right of
applicant/accused to move similar application in future.
