Present : Sh. Sukhbeer Singh, ld. Chief P.P. for the State.
Applicant/accused Raj Singh on bail.
Sh. Vaibhav Gupta, ld. Counsel for applicant/accused
Raj Singh.
Insp. Anand Prakash from ACB.
This application is moved on behalf of the
applicant/accused Raj Singh seeking permission to travel abroad.
Reply filed by IO.
Ld. Counsel for applicant/accused submits that
applicant/accused is on regular bail in this case. It is urged that
applicant/accused wishes to travel to Dubai (UAE) and Kyrgyzstan
(CIS) for his personal reasons between 30.08.2025 to 30.09.2025. It is
urged that vide order dated 29.04.2025 applicant/accused was granted
permission to travel abroad i.e. to the USA, and the applicant/accused
had duly returned within the permitted period and did not misuse the
liberty granted. It is urged that no prejudice shall be caused to the
prosecution, if applicant/accused is permitted to travel abroad for
abovesaid period, as the proceedings in the instant case have already
been stayed by the Hon’ble High Court in W.P.(Crl.) 3859/2024 titled
Babita Sharma vs. State of NCT Delhi, vide order dated 25.10.2024.
It is urged that the applicant/accused undertakes not to misuse the
liberty granted to him and shall return back on time. It is further

submitted that applicant/accused is ready to abide by any condition,
imposed by the Court.
Ld. Chief PP for State opposed the application by
submitting that there is apprehension that applicant/accused may skip
out of India if he is permitted to visit abroad.
I have heard arguments from both the parties and
perused the record as well as reply filed by IO.
Considering the above-mentioned submissions,
permission is granted to applicant/accused Raj Singh to travel to
Dubai (UAE) and Kyrgyzstan (CIS) between 01.09.2025 to
30.09.2025 subject to the following conditions:
1. That applicant/accused shall travel only within the
stipulated time.
2. That applicant/accused shall furnish an undertaking that
he will not extend his stay in Dubai (UAE) and
Kyrgyzstan (CIS) after 30.09.2025.
3. That applicant/accused shall also furnish copy of his air
tickets, mobile number and proposed address of stay in
Dubai (UAE) and Kyrgyzstan (CIS).
