stone in the kidney of the wife of the applicant; that the doctor suggested
removal of the stone and that the operation of the wife of the applicant is
scheduled to take place on 13.12.2024.
4. Ld. PP for the State and IO have opposed the application on the ground that
the applicant has played a major role in commission of the offence; that there
are other persons who can take care of the wife of the applicant; that the
children of the applicant are also grown-up and that the applicant was also not
staying with his wife before his arrest.
5. I have heard arguments in respect of the application for interim bail.
6. It is the admitted case of the applicant that the wife of the applicant was not
staying with him. Moreover, there are other family members who are in a
position to look after the wife of the applicant, including the mother of the wife
of applicant.
7. I do not find grounds to be sufficient for grant of interim bail and in any case,
the application for regular bail is coming up for hearing on 18.12.2024.
Accordingly, the application for interim bail is dismissed.
8. Copy of this order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel for applicant/accused.
