for A-2.
PW-1 SI Mukesh Kumar examined in chief, cross-
examined and discharged.
PW namely Sh. Himanshu Malik is present but discharged
unexamined at the request of Ld. Chief PP for State, on the ground that
he requires the assistance of IO for examination of this witness, however,
IO is not present today.
Ld. Chief PP for State has submitted that PW namely Sh.
Gaurav Kumar has been summoned for tomorrow, however, for his
examination, assistance of IO/Insp. Krishan Kumar is required, but IO is
stated to be on Earned Leave till 07.06.2026 and therefore, has requested
that PW Sh. Gaurav Kumar be informed through Naib Court not to
appear tomorrow.
In view of above, PW Sh. Gaurav Kumar be informed
through Naib Court attached to this Court, that he need not appear before
the Court on 02.06.2026.
Put up on the date already fixed i.e. 02.06.2026.
Witness mentioned at serial no. 10 in the list of
prosecution witnesses attached with the Main Chargesheet and witness
mentioned at serial no. 1 in the list of prosecution witnesses attached
with the Supplementary Chargesheet, be summoned for tomorrow i.e.
02.06.2026.
