Heard. File perused.
An application for supplying soft copy of e-chargesheet, is
moved by Ld. Counsel of A-2. Copy supplied.
Ld. Counsel of A-1 also submits that she may also be
supplied soft copy of e-chargesheet.
On being supplied e-mail addresses by Ld. Counsels of the
accused persons, IO has provided soft copy of complete chargesheet, main
as well as supplementary, at given e-mail addresses and same is duly
affirmed and acknowledged by Ld. Defence Counsels.
In view of the above, Ld. Counsel of A-2 states at Bar that
the aforesaid application may be disposed off, as satisfied.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and in
view of the submissions made by Ld. Counsel of A-2, the application stands
disposed off.
With the joint consent of both the sides, arguments on the
point of charge heard.
