At the outset, Ld. Counsels appearing on behalf of both
the accused persons, in all fairness, state at Bar that copy of main
chargesheet including e-chargesheet and the material filed therewith,
as were supplied to the accused persons on the last date, are complete.
It is informed that due to inadvertence, copies of
Supplementary Chargesheet could not be supplied to the accused
persons on the last date.
Copies of Supplementary Chargesheet and documents
filed therewith, have been supplied to both the accused persons against
proper receipt today.
Ld. Counsels for accused persons seek time to go
through the Supplementary Chargesheet and the documents filed
therewith.
Put up on 17.03.2026 for scrutiny of documents qua
Supplementary Chargesheet and arguments on the point of charge.
