Imran Khan (A-2).

same is taken on record).
Ms. Mallika Parmar, Advocate seeks and is permitted to
file her Vakalatnama on behalf of A-1 within three working days from
today.
IO/Insp. Krishan Kumar is absent despite service,
however, his written request seeking exemption from personal
appearance has been received, stating therein that due to Republic Day
Celebration arrangement duty, he is unable to appear in the Court today.
For the reasons stated therein, the said IO is personally exempted for
today.
Let copies of chargesheet including e-chargesheet and the
documents filed therewith, be supplied to both the accused persons
against proper receipt.
Put up on 24.02.2026 for scrutiny of documents and
arguments on the point of charge.
On request of Ld. Chief PP for concerned IO/Insp.
Krishan Kumar be called for next date for providing assistance to him.
Date is given as per convenience of Ld. Counsels for
