IO Insp. Sandeep Singh is present.
The IO has filed the verification report of the
medical documents as per which the medical record of the
applicant/accused has been verified from three hospitals. The
same is taken on record.
Ld. PP for the State submits that from the
application, it is not clear if the applicant/accused is seeking
interim bail on medical grounds or regular bail on merits.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant/accused submits that
he has instructions to press for interim bail on medical grounds.
Since the applicant/accused is pressing for interim bail on
medical grounds, the medical record be sent to the concerned Jail
Superintendent to report if the medical facility is available with
the jail authorities/jail hospital/other associated hospitals to
provide proper medical treatment/follow up treatment to the
applicant/accused. The concerned Jail Superintendent shall also
file the current status report of the medical condition of the
applicant/accused on the next date of hearing.
