Accused Hari Om is on bail present today.
Accused Kusum and Deepa produced from JC
through video conferencing.
Ld. Counsel Sh. Saurabh Srivastava and Sh.
Manmohan for all accused persons.
Accused Aruradha is absent today, however,
exemption application has been moved on her behalf by Ld.
Counsel. Heard. For the reasons assigned in the application,
accused Anuradha is exempted from her personal appearance for
today only.
It is informed by Ld. SPP for the State that a transfer
petition has been preferred before the Hon’ble High Court of
Delhi seeking transfer of charge sheet from the Ld. Special Court
of NDPS, Rohini to this court and the same shall be likely taken
up shortly.
It is further informed that another application u/s 20
of MCOCA seeking attachment of properties illegally acquired
by accused persons as proceeds of crime is also pending. Ld.
Defence Counsel seeks time to file to the reply to the said

Relist the matter for further proceedings now on
