Ld. Counsel Sh. Kundan Kumar for
accused/applicant Hari Om along with accused/applicant.
Insp. Ritesh and SI Gagandeep are present on behalf
of IO.
Considered the last orders. IO has filed his report in
terms of last orders. Perused the same. As per report though the
doctor has opined that applicant requires surgery, however, no
date as such has been fixed. It is further informed that there is a
long waiting list for surgery at AIIMS hospital.
At this stage, it is submitted by Ld. Counsel for
applicant that the applicant in all likelihood will approach a
private hospital for surgery as there is no certainty as to when
AIIMS hospital would provide the date for surgery.
Considering the submissions of Ld. Counsel for
applicant as well as previous orders vide which the interim bail
was granted to the applicant, interim bail of applicant is extended
till 30.09.2026. It is made clear that if no surgery is performed
within coming week no further extension of interim bail shall be
granted as the applicant has already remained on interim bail for

a month now on the same ground. Terms & conditions as
imposed vide orders dated 24.08.2026 shall remain in force.
Relist the application now on 30.09.2026 at 02.00
p.m.
