Accused Kusum has been produced through video
conferencing from Mandoli Jail, Delhi.
Accused Deepa Singh has been produced through video
conferencing from Mandoli Jail, Delhi.
Accused Pushpa @ Binny has been produced through
video conferencing from Mandoli Jail, Delhi.
Accused Anuradha @ Chiku is present on bail.
Accused Hariom is absent, however, on interim bail till
09.8.2026.

It is informed by Ld. Special PP that three chargesheets
have been filed in the present matter so far. Initially, the chargesheet
was filed for commission of offence under the NDPS Act, 1985 which
chargesheet is pending trial before the concerned Court, however,
steps are being taken for clubbing/transfer of the said matter to this

Court. Thereafter, two chargesheets were filed for commission of
offence under MCOC Act on 10.3.2026 & 09.7.2026 respectively
before the Ld. Predecessor of this Court.
An application seeking exemption from personal
appearance has been moved on behalf of accused Hariom. Application
perused. For the reasons mentioned in the application, he is exempted
from his personal appearance for today only.
An application for grant of bail moved on behalf of
accused Kusum is pending for consideration, however, ld. Proxy
Counsel for the accused submits that upon instructions from his client,
he wants to withdraw the present application with liberty to file
afresh. Accordingly, bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
Another application moved on behalf of accused
Anuradha @ Chiku on 18.7.2026 is also pending for consideration.
Reply to the same is on record. Today ld. Proxy Counsel seeks
adjournment to advance arguments on the said application.
Other application under section 20 MCOC Act moved on
behalf of the State is also pending for consideration. Let the copy of
the same be supplied to the opposite side as requested. Put up for
reply, if any/arguments on the said application on the next date of
hearing.
Though in the last order sheet, status of Ravi Kumar @
Sunny is reflected as accused, however, it is informed by ld. Special
PP for the State that Ravi Kumar @ Sunny has since turned approver
and infact he was granted pardon by the Ld. Predecessor of this Court
on 08.4.2026.
As far as L @ G @ N, whose attendance is reflected as an
accused/absconder in orders dated 19.5.2026, is concerned, it is

informed that at the time of commission of offence he was a minor
and PIR against him has already been filed before the Ld. Juvenile
Justice Board now pending for 04.11.2026.
IO be summoned to remain present on the next date of
hearing.
Relist the matter for filing reply, arguments on the
pending applications as well as further proceedings on 18.8.2026. At
request, date stands changed to 24.8.2026.
