State seeking transfer of charge sheet from Ld. Special Court of
NDPS, Rohini to this court has been allowed by the Hon’ble
High Court of Delhi and in all likelihood the matter will be
received in this court from the office of the Ld. Principal District
& Sessions Judge, Rohini Courts, Delhi within a week.
It is submitted by Ld. SPP for the State that
application u/s 20 of MCOCA seeking attachment of properties is
also pending. Considered the last orders. No reply has been filed.
