The present application is filed on behalf of the
Applicant Joginder Singh for inquiry into the offence of tampering
and interpolation of the judicial record with respect to the sanction
order concerning the Applicant/Accused Joginder Singh.
The application has been registered under an IA
number 2/2025, however, since the application is for a separate
inquiry, it be registered as a separate miscellaneous file. In view of
this, the IA No. 2/2025 is disposed off with a direction to Ahlmad
to register it as a separate miscellaneous case and put up with the
main case bearing CC No. 32/2021 on 31.10.2025.
